Is there any truth that female to male transmission of HIV is rare? Where can I get some truth on this matter? I had a 1 night stand with somone that I met online. It was unprotected vaginal sex. Please someone tell me that my chances are very small that i'm infected. I took an elisa test at 4 weeks and an oraquick at 5 weeks. Both came back negative. Someone please help.

Your four and five-week negative results are a good sign. Most people (95%) who were going to serconvert would have by then. Just make sure you follow up with a test at 13 weeks. I expect your result to be negative then as well.
Yes, it is more difficult for a female to transmit the virus to a male. That is mainly because your urethra is such a small opening, the virus needs to get directly into that to infect. It's not like a woman getting infected by a man, the lining of the vagina is much more vast in comparison to the lining of your urethra. Understand?
Your "symptoms" mean nothing. If you had been going through ARS, antibiotics would do nothing. You had bronchitis and were treated properly for it. Don't analyze symptoms, just wait to get your follow up test at 13 weeks.

Yes, it is very difficult to transmit this way, but not impossible. There are very few actual proven cases of this
