Can anyone tell me what are the DEFINITIVE signs that you are HIV infected? I don't mean full blown AIDS. Are there any early symptoms that will be synonymous with early HIV infection?

As Sweetpea has told you. Symptoms are meaningless in determining HIV infection. Only a test conducted 13 weeks from your most recent risk does.
