Burning Tongue continued

That is a great question. I too have a burning tongue and have seen several places that 1. It can only be HIV if you are male. and 2. Burning Tongue is not a symptom of ARS and only occurs later in the disease.
These are obviouly contrary to one another. Does anyone know the right answer?

May I ask how long you have had this "burning tongue" problem? What do you do to relieve the symptoms?
