If you are infected with another STD like chlamydia or gonorrhea at the sime time you are exposed to HIV, will this "coinfection" slow down the production of HIV antibodies???? or does the same window period still apply????

Yes, there is some saying that the window period will extend. However, there is no evident!!. The sickness is of different nature, so our system should be able to produce different antibody at the same time unless there is problem with your immune system. Our immune system is very complicated and not easy to understand. However, we usually fall into the 99% of the population and can produce antibody in a normal given time. Calm down and wait for 3 months to test to confirm or retest again in 6 months for peace of mind if you think your risk is still there.

It is the other way. If you are infected with HIV, STD (especially syphilis) will not show up.
