Sore throat? testing service reliable?

I have not posted for a while. here is my story i gave a female sex worker in brazil oral sex. i tested negative at 6 weeks then again at 12 weeks. i took a 2nd generation and a third generation test. I have had a persistent throat problem for the last ten weeks. it feels like something stuck in the right side of my throat. i have gone through 3 ent doctors with neg results they gave me MRI neg results, tested me for Hep a,b,c and Gonnorea, and other std except for Herpes. iam now convinced it is not Hiv although iam still going to test at 6 month , just my nature i guess. I have two questions first, what do you all think it could be? Second, how reliable is quest diag service i used them for the 3rd generation test at 12 weeks through the 1800 number and i know they use smithkline beecham to process the test, but i have been unable to get results mailed to myself for last two weeks, does anyone have similiar experience or know how reliable this service is? thanks for all the support
