I had unprotected vaginal with a sex worker, I know i am stupiud. Tested negative at 4 and a half months. Is this conclusive? What are the chances of false negative and of the clinic messing up my test. Just concened cuz I keep getting these rashes on my arms and legs. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

You are through with testing. A test at 3 months is conclusive.
If your rashes persist, seek a doctor's opinion. They have NOTHING to do with HIV in your case.

What is stupid is having unprotected sex-regardless if it is sex worker, the janitor in your building, your sexy co-worker or your ex.

If you tested out to 4 1/2 months after exposure, then you dodged the bullet. Doesn't sound like you have HIv. Do not do something that idiotic again, unless you are trying to catch HIV.
