white bumps on tongue

now i have these little white things all around the back of my tongue!!!man i'm scared !!!
thursday will be around the 25 day mark should i wait and go in for an confidential test or go see a dr now?

I would suggest that you go see a doctor. To to either an infectious disease specialist or an ear,nose, and throat specialist (Otolaryngologist). The Infectious Disease doc is the best one to go to if you want him to evaluate your exposure, your symptoms and give you some sound advice. The biggest hurdle you have to get over is setting the appointment, showing up, and opening yourself up to the doc. Dont go to the doc and say "my tongue feels funny". Give him the whole story, including your fears first. HIV infection is normally the LAST thing any doctor will think unless you give them reason to consider it (thereby proving that there are sooooo many other things that cause the same symptoms as primary hiv infection). I got my first 2 tests from my family doctor. He would have never suggested the test, but I steered him onto the path of ruling it out for "peace of mind". Remember, doctors are there for you. They dont judge, they are there to help. Use them!
