Donate Blood?

I am being asked at work to donate blood as part of a company wide effort. Recently I have tested 5 times neg. with first generation Home Access test. They ranged from 15 weeks to most recently 31 weeks post exposure. Is it safe for me to donate ? Or is my blood safe for them with my recent test results?

YOU CAN GO AHEAD AND DONATE PROVIDING YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANY HIGH RISK ACTIVITY BANNED BY THE BLOOD BANKS LIKE HOMOSEXUAL SEX, IV DRUGS, SEX WITH SOMEBODY HIV+. YOU WILL HAVE A DETAILED QUESTIONAIIRE TO FILL OUT BEFORE THEY APPROVE YOU TO DONATE.
