So I went to get a haircut-razor cut my neck

Yea,
So I go to this old fashioned barber shop that still uses a razor to shave the back of my neck (and every other customer). Then I felt the sting and new I was cut. He wiped some blood off and splashed some old spice on the wound. Geez, am I at any risk? or what?

The only was you would be at risk is if proper infection controls weren't used by the barber. They should be disinfecting the razor between each use. If they did that, you are at no risk. I doubt very much that they wouldn't be following the rules.
