HIV through the Urethra

Can anyone tell me how likely it is to get the hiv virus if it comes into contact with your urethra only. Be it by being the insertive partner vaginally or anally, or even using another persons sexual fluid to masturbate with. Does it just take a drop to get past the opening to infect, does it take a significant amount of the fluid, does it have to get in the urethra and also travel up it and into your blood stream, or is it a bit more complicated than that?
Does anyone know??
