Facial Wasting?

Please help!! I have been told that there is a wasting condition assicated with HIV. In particular wasting of the face . Is it remotely possible that this wasting can start right away( within 3-4 months of infection) I am scared so far all my test have been neg but am still very scared as I am losing weight and people are being to comment on my face Please Please help

The wasting condition is associated with AIDS, not HIV. No it doesn't show up in just a few months of infection. If you have tested negative 13 weeks post possible exposure then you are not infected. Perhaps this is because you are scared. When people are stressed they lose weight.
