Anxiety Stricken

#77010 - 10/28/03 12:07 AM is a question for all of you. I see over and over people asking about symptoms timeline. It looks obvious that many folks possibly get signs of ARS a few weeks after exposure (some due largely to anxiety - others for real problems which may not be HIV).

Ok, so here is my question. What is the quickest one could possibly get really sick after possible infection? At what point does a person experience the cancers and other "opportunistic" infections associated with HIV. I have seem so many photos and such of folks with severe weight loss and "wasting" etc.

What is the quickest a person could experience full blown HIV (aids) Jujitsu (so to speak).

In untreated HIV infection a person would start seeing OI's in about 10 years.
