i recently had a cbc blood count and a iron deficiency blood work done on me, it said my red and white blood cells were within normal ranges and i had no signs of iron deficiency. i had several unsafe sex acts with women ,i have shown no signs of hiv but if there was any doubt would not have my blood count been off to some degree.

If you are having blood work done, get an elisa test done too. It is the only way to know if you have hiv. HIV cannot be diagnosed using the usual blood tests like cbc.

you are exactly right. It is like ARS it does not happen to everyone. Get tested, it is your gold card to assurance.

Yup, you should get tested if you had an unsafe encounter. A CBC won't necessarily give you any hints about HIV infection.
