I'm not quite sure of the term 'night sweat'. Does this mean mild sweating or extreme 'soak the bed' sweating? Does a person sweat throught the whole body or only certain parts? I've been waking up sweating below the waist, although not profusely. My upper half is not sweaty. This is also an inconsistent symptom. Am I being paranoid? Does night sweat follow these patterns?

severe anxiety can rpoduce night sweats even the soking ones. My therapist said it was all anxiety. It will usually happen from 2-4 in the morning.
