Once the piecing has healed, I don't think it would make a difference. However, if it is a recent piercing, there may be some increased risk.

I think that the risk is increased, but don't know by how much. A piercing never totally heals. That is why you have to keep earings in your ears if they are pierced, or the holes will close up. I have heard of a group of men that have said they were infected because their partner shot cum on their stomachs and they had their belly buttons pierced. They swore they engaged in no other risky behavior. Good luck and God bless.
