Hi Jackie its PRC again, maybe you wont even answer my post but I will ask you anyways because I know that you are the best, after my 9 eliza tests up to 16 weeks negative and my western blot at 14 weeks negative, Ive decided to do a pcr dna because I still have some weird symptoms and my last eliza test had the cutoff a little bit higher than usual so I did the pcr-dna today and am praying for a negative result on six days, know tell me jackie are the odds in my favor that this test is going to come negative so that I can finally get closure to this nightmare, as for that do you know how much does a pcr-dna costs in my country 25 dollars so Iam hoping that the cheap doesnt become the expensive, if you have any insights that would like to tell me so please do it even if you get mad at me I will understand, as for me I dont know the accuracy of a pcr-dna test done at 4 months post exposure thanks and huggs PRC

I thought you said the Western Blot was to give you closure.
You've wasted your money, of course this test will be negative. You don't have HIV.
You do have classic Worried Well symptoms (over testing, not believing tests, rational why they aren't right). You should have put that 25 dollars towards a Psychiatrist to help you work through this obession with a disease you obviously don't have.

I agree with Jackie Bklue you have tested too much already. Any other tests are just a waste of money and time. Your symptoms are not HIV related. The Western blot was a waste of money because they should never be done unless you have a + ELISA.
Please seek some counselling or a talk with a therapist if you cannot get over your fear of HIV. Be lucky and thankful you don't have it and get on with your life.
