Thank you very very much in advance for answering my question. Please tell me the accuracy of blood test after 2 and 1/2 months of high risk exposure (Unprotected sex). I am really concerned about it.

THIS ARTICLE FROM ITALY WILL GIVE YOU SOME PERSPECTIVE
Check out the ppv of these Italian figures! What happened is that they performed a confirmatory test on the 32 out of 25,562 that tested positive - only 2 remained positive. This is data on testing the Italian armed forces. Get this.
Table II HIV Screening in Military Blood Transfusion Centers
Number of dontations: 25,562 Number of blood donations ELISA positive: 32 Number of blood donations after confirmation test: 2
In other words, after performing a confirmation test for the ELISA, only *2* of the 32 positive tests remained positive.
That is positive predictive value of 2/32 or 6 1/4%!!!!!!!!!!!!!
6.25%
In a country with very few other pathogens that could cause a false positive result like in Africa (malaria, leprosy, tb, ddt, etc.).

The results would be a good indicator, but only a 12 week test is considered conclusive. It's highly unlikely that if you would test negative at 10 weeks and then seroconvert over the next two weeks, but you still need that 12 week test result to be 100% sure.

What are you trying to prove with this ridiculous article? Everyone knows that a positive ELISA doesn't mean someone is HIV+ unless they have a confirmatory Western Blot as well.
And how does this answer the original poster's question on testing during the window period?

I agree that I do not see the link between the article and the question. This being said, 10 weeks negative result is a great sign and that result will be confirmed by the 13 week test.

A test at 2.5 months is about 90-95% accurate. the chances of seroconverting after that are extremely slim. just take the 90 day test to be 100% sure. I am sure you will be happy with the results.
