How can I suppress my libido?

I make stupid irresponsible choices that puts me at risk. Is there medication I can take (or anything I can do) to suppress my libido so that I'm not so tempted to do things that can get me into trouble?

If this is how you feel, you should consider some kind of therapy to help you figure out why you put yourself at risk. I'm sure there is a reason, but only you can figure out what it is.
