Honestly, how does it actually feel like? Is it suppose to be painful? As for me, my urine is generally warm and slightly hot at some point, could that indicate a burning sensation?

Yes it would be painful if there were an infection.

Normally a burning sensation due to an infection when urinating is painful. It's the type of thing that would make you want to hold off urinating until you absolutely have to go. There are some STD's along with other infections such as a simple bladder infection that can cause that. If you are experiencing this or if you are finding it is getting worse, then a trip to the doctor is in order.
