I had protected sexual intercourse with a sex worker 1 month ago, and I didn't withdraw the insertion immediately, approximately 30 minutes later, would there be any consequences? And is it possible to encounter a tiny spot (like an ant bite) on your penis's skin other than being the cause of HIV? I'd appreciate your help!

I'm a little unclear on your question. Do you mean that you didn't withdraw for 30 minutes? Since it was protected intercourse, I really don't see the amount of time you spent inside the other person as being relevant. If the condom remained intact throught the entire sex, you are fine. Condoms protect you from HIV and other STI's.
A tiny spot on your penis would have nothing to do with HIV. It could be any number of things. You are probably better off having a doctor check it out if you're concerned about it.
