I'm wondering if transmission is possible in this manner. I masturbated to a woman's exposed breasts. I noticed a small amount of breast milk had secreted from her breast. When I was finished, she took a towel, wiped her breast clean of the milk, and then handed it to me to clean myself. Could hiv been transmitted to me through the towel via my urethra or an abrasion I had on my penis?

No, HIV is not transmitted that way.
