Since a couple of days (end of week5), I am developping mouth ulcers which are not painful and go away after 1 or 2 days. Is this related to ars or to stress ( I am so stressed that I do not eat a lot) ? Does also anybody know the percentage of people who seronconvert after one month (or do generally infected people seroconvert within one month ?) Thank you for your support

Hmm. Are you usually prone to apthous ulcers (mouth ulcers)? Like many people, I get them from time to time, in my mouth, annoying things. Gosh, especially after stress.
You don't say anything about the activities you did or your exposure, but I can sense great worry/stress after your sexual episode. The best thing to do is get tested, around 3 months after exposure, to allay your fears. Try not to read too much into the ulcers in your mouth. In the meantime, try to treat your symptoms topically like with Anbesol so the bloody things don't sting so much! :) RELAX.
