Does eating out ass holes qualify as oral sex? Personally I find it to be quite revolting place to stick a tongue. Anyway is it a way of passing HIV?

If you find rimming so revolting why are you asking? Doesn't sound like anything you are planning on doing anytime soon. No. It's not a way to pass HIV.

Rimming, which is the more politcally correct term (as eating out assholes sounds like your eating out someone you hate) is not a hiv trasmission route, so there is virtually no risk. So if your worried that your partner does it behind your back, then rest assured that hiv is not really a factor, unless there is blood present, such as hemarroids or blood in stools etc and they have ulcers, bleeding gums or cold sores that are open. What you should be worried about however is the various forms of hepatitis, which is on the increase and rimming is one of the more common ways of passing on.
