STD Symptoms??

6 weeks ago, I had a man cum on my face. It ran down to the corner of my mouth and some may have gotten in my mouth. Within a minute or two, the corner of my mouth was red and burning. THis lasted for about 1/2 an hour after it was cleaned up. I did not notice any cuts or sores on my lip or in my mouth. There was not any oral given. I had an hiv test at 5 weeks and it came back negative.
Starting at week 1, I was feeling fatigued and a little nausea. These are still with me at week 6. At week 4, I had a severe sore throat, the emergency room doctor said Sinusitis and gave me Zithromax (Z-Pak), this help but did not cure my sore throat. Now at week 6, my throat has had a consistent discomfort, not really sore, but at different times scratchy, and in the last couple days, a dry cough has developed. At 5 weeks, I had 2 days with blood in my stool, mainly on the toilet paper. Again, I am currently at 6 weeks after possible exposure. Based on comments from people on this board, the CDC, and my hiv test, I am not overly concerned about HIV (even though I know 5 weeks is not definate). My question is, does anyone know of any other STD's that may carry the "symptoms" I am describing. I was vaccinated for HEP 2 years ago, so that should not be an issue.
I would really appreciate any comments concerning any other STD's that I should be checked for or be worried about. Also, any comments about my possible exposure, or "symptoms" as they relate to HIV. I have been told that the "average" for seroconversion is 25 days, is this true?
I am normally pretty healthy and for me to battle these "symptoms" for nearly 6 weeks is extremely unusual!

I am now a barely over 6 weeks, my neck feels sore (achy), I am on amoxicilian for my sore throat, but there is still discomfort. I can see a white spot back around my tonsil area, my mouth seems to have a whiteish tint to it. Not sure if it is truly white or my imagination. I am concerned about it being thrush and realted to HIV. Can someone please tell me if I am making a mountain out of a molehill, or if what I have been going through could very well be HIV?? I am at my wits end, trying not to worry, but also wondering what all the problems could be.
Someone please comment, good or bad!!! Please!!
