Yes you can. Exposure to any sexual fluid puts you at risk. Pulling out doesn't protect you. He may not have known that he "precumed" inside of you at least once, before he pulled out. Always use a condom. Just because you can get HIV from precum, it doesn't mean you will. Just use a condom please. Thanks!
