Do people with HIV always feel run down, is HIV like other viruses that cause one to feel unhealthy? I would think that while one has a virus and no antibodies that they would feel really sick. does anyone know if this could extend after the ARS. What does anyone know about this?

Some people have HIV an never experience any symptoms until they they develop full blown aids. So, to answer your question, how a person with HIV feels depends on many factors, including the length of time they have been infected, how their immune system is working, if they are on drugs to combat hiv, etc.
