I have read that a red rash (hurts, cant open mouth) around your mouth is symptom of HIV. Does anyone know anything about this. Also the very tip of my penis is red. There is no discomfort. Could this be herpes?

the redness of the penis could be anything. It could be another std. Look at the photos here:
