hi, i had a possible exposure from unprotected sex just over 3 months ago. After a month i had many symptoms of seroconversion (not diarrhea though). Now, after three months i've experienced diarrhea for almost 2 weeks straight! I haven't been in the bathroom all day long.. only once or twice each day- but it's diarrhea every time! Could this be HIV related??? Would HIV+ people get persistent diarrhea at 3 months? I'm not on any meds and my diet hasn't changed. Yes, i'm stressed, but I've never experienced this before in my life. Can anyone help?

i don't know what your "other symtpoms of seroconverion " were but the daily "trotts" to the bathroom that you have can be from good old stress. the only symptom that you can bank on is .......... getting tested - that's it, nothing else. if it has been at least 3 months after you last possible "exposure" then get tested.

there is no right of wrong answer. HIV works different in everyone. It could be and it could not be. Getting tested is the only way to rule out HIV. Get tested!!!!!!!
