What do these letters stand for on my report?

I got back my quest lab results and i had other tests done aside from the hiv test but on the invoice, i can read the names of all those test but then there is no test called hiv - i see a row of letters and the price was $319! i dont see the words hiv test anywhere and all my other lab tests have names i can read.
was this an elisa test? was this a western blott test?
what could have cost so much money? the letters read as
follows ----- virus id:tis clt,add std,ea is
is that code for hiv test or western blott?
the lab was quest.
ive tried calling them but the line is BUSY!!!!
the dr said i was negative but i wonder did i need a western blott?
any clues?

Since you tested negative you don't need a Western Blot. That's only use to confirm a positive result from an ELISA.
As far as what that coding stands for....have no idea...call and ask the lab.
