i received info from a company that the dna measures down to ten copies and can be positive six days after exposure anyone else know about this?

what company is saying this? i have heard of companies that say they can measure HIV down to 10 copies, but some people would say that's crqap. As for 6 days, I think that's way too early for anything reliable.
