how do you get someone from the body to answer

I have written the Body 4 times trying to get a answer no luck.I posted awhile ago about cryoglobulins in the blood causeing false neg antibody tests.Post from the hepatitis forum way back Dr.dieterich say's you need a PCR ,Dr Fried says it shouldn't affect the antibody test.Ive wriiten to Dr.Bob and the hepatitis forum on this with no reply 4 times now ,Are they just avoiding this question or what,Iam really concerned i might have HIV or Hepatitis as my exposure was iv drugs,Ive tested several times but only antibody,i can't afford a PCR so far im neg,but have loads of symptoms.Just wish they'd answer.

The experts volunteer their time. They tend to answer questions that are somewhat generalized in order to accomodate a larger number of people.
Since this situation is more complex it sounds like something you need to take up with your own doctor instead of expecting to always get an answer on a free board.

They answer the same type of question's over and over you think they might like to answer the differn't ones to.I did ask my doctor he doesn't seem to give me a straight answer,Ilive in a small town and its not easy to get to see specialists.I would just like there oppion as im really going through a bad time right now.
