Except the CBC blood work which could show the seroconversion pattern, what other sign of seroconversion indicates that this process is finished ? would that be ...body irratation (very slightly needle pain feeling) + very slightly painful swollen lymph node under the armpit ? Tks

To the best of my knowledge there are no signs that can be trusted other then a blood test.
While some people do have ARS around 2 weeks of an infection an even larger number do not. Myself being one of the ones who had no signs at all. The most common ARS symptom is a flu like response, I have heard it reported as being the flu from hell, the person not being able to get out of bed, not able to eat, and quite often being so sick they had to be taken to the hospital.
It's because of this that only a blood test can provide you with the information of your HIV status.
I hope that helps some
Gregg

Tks your feedback..Gregg...Hope you get well soon. Well, believe it or not, I am in the week 15, still my body irritates again (with slightly needle pain feeling) plus slightly painful swollen lymph node under armpit, penis is irritating too. ELISA at week 14 is still negative (okay, 3 month guideline should be trusted). Anyway, would tell you my story (really an innocent victim, apart from those infected accidentally (such as medical officer, or via blood transfusion in the past) or mother to infant) if i tested '+' later. Really a tragic to me ! Take care.
