May the 5th, 2000 I went to a massage location here in Brazil. I got a massage and more. This lady begin to give me a blow job. I stopped her shortly and asked her to put on a rubber. She did and then she got on top of me for a short time. Next she got on her hand and knees. I came very quickly. I have been dignosed with herps 4 years ago. I think this day I was feeling an outbreak. I had taken oral medicine for herpes before going to the gym. I am married and have confessed to my wife what happen. Since that time I took a test on June 3rd it came back negative. I know that too earily. I have a small rash on my should blade that been their for atleast 17 teen days. I am now getting little bumps on my chest. I am also having brown spots to come on me under my hairs. Some days I feel like I have burning feeling in my feet, arms and stomach. The fear on having aids and possible passing it on to my wife cause me to think about susicide. Can any one help me please?

I think you should wait until three months and get tested and get the events behind you. Good luck

I agree that you should get tested for peace of mind. But keep in mind that your risk is very low. Having oral sex performed on you (with or without protection) is low risk. And I assume you still had the rubber on when she mounted you, so that would be very low risk as well.

Thanks BDG, I you had a scale what percentage in your opinon would you rate my risk of having contacted aids.

With oral sex being extremely low risk and protected vaginal sex being no risk, i would say 1 in 100 or lower, based on the oral sex risk. J

Thanks J for the information however let me ask you what if I had a blister to have burst that day? I don't think so but I really can't remember. I can say the only skin to skin contact came with her mouth to my penis. I don't know if she had sore in her mouth or cuts. I don't thinks so but I don't know for sure? Tell what you think

I would disagree that your odds of being infected are 1 in 100. I would say they would be much, much lower. Worldwide, there hasn't been a single documented case of anyone being infected when oral sex is performed on them. It is so low risk that most testing centres would tell you not to bother getting tested for that! Besides, the estimated risk of HIV contraction with a single act of receptive anal intercourse is supposed to be something like 1 in 100. Your risk was much, much lower than that. Close to zero I would say.
But you have to keep in mind that you can become infected with other STDs if you have unprotected oral sex performed on you, such as gonnorhea (if she had it in her throat). You may want to get tested for other STDs. But as far as HIV is concerned, you are at very, very low risk.

Thanks again let me ask one final questions. Can you tell me if I would have been infected ( and praise God because of kind people such as your self I think I coming to some grip of the fear of aids)I have read I would have had a temperature or flu like reactions is this true and if so when and does all people experiences symptons after infection?

From the reading I've done, it seems like somewhere between 94-98% of people who are recently infected will develop a high fever within 3-4 weeks after infection. Of course there are other symptoms as well that may not be as common. Either way, ARS is described to be a flu-like illness, so I guess it could present just like the flu (high fever, sore throat, joint pain, swollen lymph nodes, etc.)
