I had a one time encounter with a call girl (vaginal) 8-10 months ago. I used a condom and it did not break. Since than I have had a rash under my eye that my doctor said was an allergic reaction. Is it possible that I may have gotton HIV. I am so paranoid and scared that I may have got it. Are the chances goodd? Please help me

If you used a condom, you are well covered. If you want to test for peace of mind. Now is a good time to do it, but you will test negative.

I'm not sure what it is that you are worried about? You had protection. You didn't have ANY risk.
If you're concern because the woman was a call girl, you shouldn't be. With protection the odds of infection are the same as if you had protected sex with the girl next door who just happened to be a virgin.
Listen to your doctor. The rash under your eye certainly doesn't have anything to do with HIV and probably is being caused by allergies.
