Hey, I think Jackie's post from below says it all, so I'm just to just cut and paste what she wrote. (Thanks Jackie)
As for when to test, 3 months is considered conclusive not that oral is considered high risk, but if you need to test for piece of mind then 3 months would be when you'd want to do it.
Here's what Jackie posted earlier:
1) You can't say that there is no risk involved to the insertive partner in oral sex (the one whose genitals it is). There is potential mucous membrane exposure to fluids, which means that risk must be considered.
Because HIV can pass through mucous membranes under the right circumstances there is a potential for risk. Notice the word POTENTIAL: from Webster's 'existing in possibility'. It does not say it is a certainty. It's possible, but highly unlikely. That's a therotical risk. Remember it's his responsiblity to point out therotical risks. Doesn't mean that it has ever happened or ever will happen.
2) The CDC has no documentation of transmission occurring through oral sex.
That's pretty straight forward. Though I think he means no transmission from receiving. Seems to me I have read that there are a few, very, very few cases of transmission from giving oral sex. Remember the CDC has been keeping records on this for over 20 years. The ways and level of risk of transmission are known. After all this time, the how isn't going to change.
3) Saliva is not known to transmit HIV. This is clear in both laboratory and human studies. The saliva of HIV infected people just doesn't seem to pose a real risk for transmission. We don't see transmission through kissing, casual contact with saliva (sharing glasses, etc.), or insertive oral sex. See Saliva as a barrier.
This is the exact reason why there haven't been any confirmed cases of transmission by receiving (insertive) oral sex. While a person is exposed to Saliva, Saliva doesn't transmit the virus. However this applies only to the person that is receiving oral sex. The person giving is subject to exposure of pre-cum and cum which does contain HIV. However even with that type of exposure the risk is not considered great. Some studies have indicated that not only does Saliva not transmit the virus, it may have something that inactivates the virus to some extent. Hence why the person 'giving' may be at some risk, but the risk is considered quite low.
4) If you feel insecure about the information available, you can always use a condom during oral sex to virtually eliminate the already negligible risk involved in insertive oral sex.
Good Advice.

Ok, I did understand low risk, my counsler had told me a 10 to 15% possiblity of Transmission (kinda of thought she was wrong) Anyways now I have to decide if I should test at 30 days, 45 days, or do a one shot at 90 days. If it is Positive things will not be good. thanks

Well again I'm not exactly sure of which form of oral you are talking about, you didn't say if you were male or female or the sex of the dancer. I'm going to assume you are male and the dancer was also male, tho I'm not familiar with many clubs where you can perform oral sex on the dancers, at least not in Boston. Damn (LOL)
According to the CDC and the report seems to be dated, the dates in the bio section are all from the late 90’s so I kind of hate to quote it, but here goes : "The likelihood of transmission of HIV from an infected person to an uninfected person varies significantly depending on the type of exposure or contact involved. The risk of becoming infected with HIV through unprotected (without a condom) oral sex is lower than that of unprotected anal or vaginal sex. However, even a lower risk activity can become an important way people get infected if it is done often enough. The Options Project found that 7.8% (8 of 102) of recently infected men who have sex with men in San Francisco were probably infected through oral sex. Most of these men believed that the risk was minimal or non-existent."
Information taken from: http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/pubs/facts/oralsexqa.htm
Additionally there’s another report dated Dec 2002 at ftp://ftp.cdcnpin.org/Updates/oralsex.pdf however it doesn’t give any percentages.
But again Transmission rates only are relevant if the person is HIV positive and you can't just assume that they are. Just because someone is a dancer in a club and lets you perform oral sex on them means very little.
As for when to test, the 90 day is considered 99% conclusive. You can definitely test earlier, but are you going to believe the results is testing earlier going help or are you going to stay focused on it.
As for if it does turn out positive, it would require changes in your life, but HIV is not a death sentence. I don't wish it on anyone but just look at Jackie, gman and myself, we all work, Jackie and I each have children we are raising, I work out 5 days a week, go out to clubs on weekends with friends and dance until the early hours (I pay for it sometimes the next morning). We are all doing well and our meds are keeping the virus under control. What I'm saying is that positive or not, the sun will still rise, your life will go on and while it might be different it's not something that you should fear as the end of your life.
Well let us know how things turn out.
Gregg

Well gregg, she was a female dancer, not that helps my situation. Anyways I want to thank you for the information. The big difference for me is I am a single man with no kids, so that would be the end of that. Thanks for the input.
