NO! Your test is accurate! Me telling you this probably wont provide you with the ability to move on. Here is what I did when I was in the same position. I went and got a 3.5 month test using ELISA test for HIV 1 & 2 along with a DNA PCR test to completely rule out infection. Did I need to do this? No! Was it a waste of money? Yes! Did it allow me to move on? For the most part it did. DNA PCR test for the virus wwhich made me feel good because I was doubting my antibody production. Be wary of fasle postives though. They do happen with DNA test I hear. For the most part you should feel 100% confident you are negative because you are. If you want to get tested at 6 months using Elisa then do but know that it will be negative and dont live the next 3 months in worry. Once you find out you are 100% negative come back to this site and try and give some others some hope and knowledge about the virus. Its now your duty! Happy Holidays and welcome to the Worried Well
