Cold/Canker Sores

I had a quick question about cold and canker sores. I've had 2 cold sores and 1 canker sore in the past year. Does this seem abnormal, and if so are these possible symptoms of HIV. I has one possible exposure over a year ago, I got tested outside of 3 months and it came back neg. However, considering these possible symptoms should I go back and get another test just to make sure. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Cold sores have nothing to do with AIDS. Most Americans (90%) suffer from them at some point in their lives. A nuisance but little more.

cold sores are the herpes 1 virus and cancker sores are ulcerated sores - niether has anything to do with hiv - each are different things. dont test for hiv because you get lip sores - test for herpes 1 and 2 antibodies instead -test for hiv if you had unprotected sex with risk.
