Absolutely! I think the 2% risk comes from the fact that they can sometimes break (fail).

Yes. Thats because all condom are electrically proven, thats it, they have electrons trying to enter, if some electron enter then the condom is wasted and replaced with another one. An an electron is already smaller than the hiv virus wich actually is very small too. Got it?

Also if yoiu use a lubricant it has to be water based because oil based can damage the condom.
