I gave unprotected oral sex to a male that did not ejaculate inside my mouth. I had a sore on the top of my pallate at the time. 2 days after i started getting the flu. I dont think i had a fever but i had a sore throat and felt really crappy for about 5 days and then everything was resolved except for some pain and soreness in the lymphs in the groin. My reasoning is that if that was ars then in a test i should be positve by now. if im negative then that was no ars...duuh! So its good to take a test now and get it over with. its already 4 weeks since that. or... should i wait longer for my 1st test?

ARS would not start two days after infection, so no, that was not ARS. A PCR test would be 95% accurate at this time, however, I would recomend a elisa test at 3 months. For a reliable results..
PS your risk was low so you most likely are not infected...

I agree with previous poster. Oral sex especially with no ejac is extremely low risk. You likely did not get infected by this episode. It is cold and flu season so do not over analyze your "symptoms". Testing now is too early. Wait until at least 60 days to test for good accuracy. I honestly don' think you have alot to worry about.
