lymph node, or cyst

one swollen node(I think)where the ear meets the skull on top, is there lymph nodes there, or could it be a cyst. I am worried even though I have tested negative at 6 months. This happened about 3 weeks after exposure was inflamed for about 5 days and then went away? Has anyone else had this type of a symptom

There are no lymph node at the top of the ear where it meets the skull. Might be a cyst. It certainly isn't caused by HIV. You aren't infected. See a doctor about your cyst if you are worried about it. See a shrink to find out why you are still concerned about being infected.
