Do any of these symptoms sound familar?
      #42071 - 10/19/02 08:58 AM

Do you still have these symtoms despite the fact you have tested negative after the window: chills, thirst, fatigue, nausea, fainting, twitches, vomiting, dizziness, weakness, chest pain, headaches, elevated BP, rapid heart rate, muscle tremors, grinding of teeth, profuse sweating, difficulty breathing, sweaty palms, indigestion, skin breakouts (rashes), cold hands, sleeplessness, diarrhea, tight stomach, tight muscles, pain.

If so you should check out the following:

According to those sites, I have a very high stress level. That could very well explain my symptoms. My dr told me that a few months ago but I thought he was losing his mind. I am gonna call him tomorrow and set up to have a stress test done. Although he told me that HIV was not my problem I was convinced that it was. I guess that is why he is the DR and im not.

You've just taken the first step toward reclaiming your life! It won't be easy to work through all that stress, but just knowing that stress can cause so much misery and that it may just be at the base of your problems can make you feel somewhat better right away. Just recognizing that stress can affect you so much is half the battle. After all, this is something that can certainly be overcome. It's normal for people to become overwhelmed in the world we live in today. Seeking help is the best thing you can do for yourself. Good luck on your path toward making your life livable again.

J.
