Would chlamydia be positive on a test 3 weeks after possible exposure? What is the window period, it has been 4 months since my exposure and now I have this frequent urge to urinate, does this sound like chlamydia?

Would not typically appear four months later. Go see you doctor or go to the health department. Get tested for everything.
