Would this be thrush? Only when I get done brushing my teeth, there is a little bit of white gunk on the insides of my lips. It usually is only around for a little bit then goes anyway. Everytime I brush my teeth, after about 30 minutes, it is there. What the hell is this? I have tested negative way past the time period. Also, I have quite a few cavities and very worn teeth so i probably have bad bacteria all over the mouth. I am going to dentist in a few weeks to get it looked at. Would thrush only be in the mouth after brushing and then go away on its own? Help!!!

I am not a doctor, but here is my advice. Thrush is a continuous thing. It is not limited to only after you brush your teeth. However it may be more noticeable then. You said that you probably have bad bacteria all over your mouth, this is probably a main contributor to the white things that appear after you brush your teeth. (This might also be the toothpaste left over after you brush) I am going to suggest that you continue regular hygiene (brushing 3 times a day) and possibly the use of Cepacol Mouth Wash. It is anti-bacterial. Oral Thrush is usually found on your tongue and sometimes the insides of your lips. It usually looks "cottage cheesy" and it is very hard to brush off. It doesn't appear and then dissapear after brushing. It sounds to me like you just need to go get checked out. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you. Hope this helps.
