my liver enzymes are always raised.my recent DNA PCR WAS NEG,for HIV.

HIV cannot affect the liver if you do not test positive for HIV. HIV doesn’t hide in parts of your body or only effect cretin parts of the body. If there were HIV in your liver it would also bi in your blood stream and you would test Positive for the virus.
