Gregg you and G-Man and Jackie seem to b pretty knowledgable about the HIV. What are your current feelings on the possibilty of a vaccine within the next 10-20 yrs?
We have seem to come a long way in just a few years. 95 introduced cocktail. 02 has introduced vaccine trials.(the first one is not doing well)
I read that 12 more vaccines are going into trials within two years(USATODAY).
Gregg I'v read that you feel a cure is a long ways off. Dr. Kull says the same thing. What are your thoughts Jackie? G-Man?
PS Jackie, are you infected? How?

There will never be a "cure" because one is not needed.

i think i read somewhere that if there is a cure, it will be a medical breakthrough for not just hiv, but all medicine, since this is a virus which we have yet to conquer. heck i think it may have even be Gallant-that guy may have actually said something intelligent amidst his ego boosting dribble.
