why has the African strain not made it

I was wondering if anyone knew why the African hiv strain has not sufaced in the west yet?

Thats because its a myth just like all heterosexual AIDS. Myths can't travel!

african strains are already in europe.and are well established in countries such as portugal.
Paris reports a "high" percentage of usually african strains.london also follows.given time,usa will follow.

So what preventing it from getting to the US? It does seen odd does it not I mean people travel from Europe to the US all the time. I don't really beleive this theory.
