i have had constant uti's for a yr now they go away with antibiotics then as soon as i finish the pills it is back is uti's common in late hiv

The obvious questions here are:
1) Have you tested? Since Advanced HIV Disease doesn't develop for about 10 years, you certainly don't have to wait out the window.
AND
2) Have you spoken to a doctor about your concerns?
I don't recall ever seeing anything about recurring UTIs and HIV. There could be several causes for your recurring UTIs. I know that it is possible for a man to be infected with a yeast infection, not know it and in turn keep reinfecting a female partner with the yeast infection. If you have had the same partner it could be something like that causing this. Could also just be plain dumb bad luck.
Only a test can tell you if you are HIV positive. Only a doctor can tell you why you keep getting UTIs.

yes i tested the last time im may of this year i havent had any exposures in about 8yrs

Well then HIV certainly doesn't have a thing to do with your UTIs
