rieter's syndrome and antibody testing

I was diagnosd with rieter's syndrome a form of arthritis 5 years ago,now after a risky encounter i tested neg at 3 months (90 days) after exposure.I was told by one source that rieter's could effect my body to make antibodys or delay them.now im FREAKIN again.does anyone know if this is possible.Jackie or gman or does anyone know anything about this.HELP please.

I don't know who your source was, but I can't find a thing on the net about the effects of Reiter's Syndrome on an HIV test. Considering there isn't much if anything, I would assume it must not be a problem, otherwise either this site, or John Hopkins site would have had at least a line about the complications of the test when you have Reiter's.

I also have arthitis,not reiter's but its an autoimmune problem also.I was told by a arthritis specalist it would not slow antibody production.hope this helps.
