I had an encounter with someone who i believe is hiv negative, but u never know. He started putting on condom, and saw it was on backwards, so turned it over and rolled it on. i then put on lube on the condom and in my ass, and we had anal sex. I am worried ,that 'maybe' the condom came into contact with pre-cum (although i never have no reason to believe there was any). should i worry? do i need a test? i've been surfing the web for hours obsessed with this...please help

I really don't think you have much to worry about. HIV dies almost as soon as it hits the air. If you want more information try calling the CDC. I'm sure they will tell you the same thing.

I have spoken with college students about the fact that condoms are useless in preventing stds, as birth control and AIDS for sure.
