Night sweat and fever

2 months after a possible exposure i had a fever, bad cough, lots of phlem and had only one night of really bad night sweat. Could be related to ARS

very unlikely
outside the normal time scale of 2-4 weeks for ARS, in fact double the outside limit of what usually happens
all these symptoms are far more likely something else given the time
you're after two months now so a negative tests will be almost conclusive
